Set Your Availability Status to DND on Rainbow Office

This article provides information on how to set your availability to Do Not Disturb in various Rainbow Office platforms.

When Do Not Disturb (DND) is enabled, all incoming calls to your extension will automatically be sent to voicemail. Listed below are the ways you can set your status to DND in various applications:

 

Enable DND on Rainbow Office app desktop

1. Log in to the Rainbow Office app on your desktop

2. Click on your profile picture

3. Hover on Available (default status) and click Do not disturb

 

Enable DND on Rainbow Office app mobile

1. Log in to the Rainbow Office app on your mobile device

2. Tap on your profile picture (iOS) or on the Menu icon (Android)

3. Tap on the status below your profile picture, then select Do not disturb

 

Enable DND on Rainbow Office softphone

1. Log in to Rainbow Office Phone

2. Click on your Rainbow Office number

3. Click Do not disturb

 

Enable DND on the Rainbow Office online account

1. Log in to your Rainbow Office online account

2. Click your name at the upper right corner of your Rainbow Office Online account, and set your availability status to either Do not accept call queue calls or Do not accept any calls.

Do not accept call queue calls - you will still receive calls going directly to your extension, but you will not be able to receive calls from a department or call queue

Do not accept any calls - you will not receive any notifications or calls
