ALE launched a new entry-level service plan, called Rainbow Office Essentials, across Europe for businesses seeking the key features of a unified communications offering – phone and messaging – at an affordable rate.

Companies are constantly adapting to shifting employee and customer expectations. During the past two years, these shifts have been even more frequent, with little time between each.

Since the switch to remote working in March 2020, countries moved in and out of lockdowns, and businesses worldwide faced the pressures of supporting dispersed workforces. For many employees and leaders, this has been the most difficult of times.

Burnout, productivity and security remain top concerns for organisations. Now more than ever, as companies continue to navigate change, workers need to connect and collaborate easily using a trusted platform.

While there is no quick fix, organisations can adopt a secure platform that makes communication more straightforward. This can be as simple as using a solution where messaging and phone are delivered through one, unified application.

Earlier this year, Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise announced the availability of Rainbow Office powered by RingCentral in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Spain and The Netherlands, with UK availability in June 2021. Today, ALE launched a new entry-level service plan, called Rainbow Office Essentials, across Europe for businesses seeking the key features of a unified communications offering – phone and messaging – at an affordable rate.
