ALE, operating under the Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise brand, today announced three new sales leads in the North America region. The regional directors will focus on customers’ connectivity needs from the office to the cloud where added concentration is placed within the education, healthcare, transportation and government market sectors.

The sales leaders are working with their teams to expand current customer relationships, increase awareness of the ALE brand with new logos in select vertical markets, and grow their team to allow for more personalized engagements, locally. The newly appointed team includes:

Rick Jacob
As Vice President of Sales at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise of the North America Southern region, Rick Jacob brings almost two decades of technology experience, from enterprise software sales in start-ups to large publicly traded companies. His focus has been largely on the emerging and high growth technology sector in healthcare.  Former companies include Awarix (acquired by McKesson), AeroScout (acquired by Stanley), and Centrak.  In his new role, Rick is tasked to develop and grow business in the Southern states. Lisa Simpson
Lisa Simpson is the Vice President of Sales at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise in North America Western region. Lisa has a rich history working in the telecom and enterprise IT industry where her technical knowledge and business development skills have worked in the best interest of customers and business partners.  In this new role, she is tasked to develop and grow ALE Western state business with a focus on education and transportation. Pete Ryan
Pete Ryan leads the Northern Sales territory as Vice President of Sales for North America at ALE. He has a successful career spanning over 25 years in IT sales and sales management with companies like FORE/Marconi, ISS/IBM, Foundry, and most recently Aruba HPE. Pete returns home to ALE after nine years with a personal mission to help customers succeed in their digital transformation.  He will lead the Northeastern team with a focus on k-12/higher education, healthcare and transportation.
