“We have been accompanying hoteliers in the past 20 years and we care deeply about their successful transition to digital guest engagement and secure mobile services. We have consequently enriched our partner ecosystem to answer the diverse specificities of the market. Wi-Fi is still a top amenity today, for both guests and employees. It is also an essential step in the hospitality industry digital transformation. We are partnering with Ucopia today to expand our ecosystem and answer the hoteliers’ and their guests’ requirements. And become an end-to-end solution provider for hoteliers, with a complete and fully converged offering.” Nicolas Duez, WLAN Business Division Head, Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise
