Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise recognises APAC Partners at Connex21 for their exceptional performance in 2020

SINGAPORE, February 10, 2021 – Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, a leading provider of communications, networking and cloud solutions tailored to customers’ industries, announced the winners of the Connex21 Business Partner Awards during the company’s annual Connex21 Partner Conference. This year, for the first time, the global live event was held virtually for the safety of ALE customers, partners and staff.

“The past year has been fraught with challenges as the global health crisis caused a landmark shift in how businesses operate and how people communicate and collaborate. Nevertheless, Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise Partners rose to the occasion and demonstrated their commitment to delivering ALE solutions that are tailored for customer success,” said Pierre Samson, Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific, Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise.

“This year, we will continue to work with our valued partners and strive to bring innovation in digital age networking, communications and cloud to the market as the Asia Pacific region regains its footing and continues on its digital transformation journey. We are especially excited to welcome 15 new partners to the Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise network, many of them introducing new capabilities in areas like cloud, connectivity, cybersecurity, Internet of Things and managed services, into our ecosystem. There are also some that bring with them unique market knowledge in specific geographies and verticals,” he added.

Under the theme ‘Build 2 Last’, Connex21 speakers spoke about Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise’s 2021 strategy, customer-first and vertical market approach, core business objectives, and 2021 growth opportunities for the business as well as international partners.

The annual Partner Awards acknowledges the outstanding achievements of ALE partners that have gone above and beyond the call of duty in the delivery of ALE solutions. The awards also recognise partners making a positive impact on customer success.
