Strategically located near the A13 highway to Bologna, Hotel Tulip Inn Padova has been recently renovated and offers travelers a quiet and convenient base near Veneto’s chief town. This refined hotel has chosen Alcatel-Lucent OpenTouch® for SMBs to improve the delivery of its services and reduce costs by using VoIP and SIP Trunk lines in a single platform. This helps the hotel IT staff to manage multiple traditional and mobile IP telephony phones, Android, Apple, or Windows phones.
The new communication infrastructure allows guests to make the most of their time inside the hotel, for personal leisure or business activities, while remaining connected with hotel services. The solution, which includes the Alcatel-Lucent Premium DeskPhones in each room, also makes it easier for guests to communicate with staff, improving the guess experience by, for example, expediting check-in/check-out process.
