Sydney (Australia), April 01, 2019 - Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise (ALE), provider of enterprise communications solutions and services, has announced organizational changes for the Australia New Zealand (ANZ) region as the company continues to accelerate its transformation and build a stronger structure to support its business. A key organizational change is the appointment of Karl Sice as Sales Leader for the region.
Karl has over 20 years of tech industry experience during which he has held sales and business leadership roles with recognized industry players such as Dell, Staples, Gartner and Sun Microsystems. He enjoys the professional challenge of sustaining growth, empowering teams, and engineering outstanding outcomes for customers. Karl studied business leadership at Macquarie Graduate School of Management, where he now regularly guest lectures and mentors up and coming talents. Outside of work, Karl enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and exercising at the gym. He also volunteers regularly with the homeless community in Sydney. In 2017, Karl was inducted in the ARN (Australian Reseller News) Hall of Fame and he serves the Australian IT community in that capacity.
