This article provides instructions for exporting your extension's Personal Contacts list.
1. Log in to the RingCentral online account. If you logged in as an Administrator, go to My Extension at the upper-right side of the screen.
2. Click Contacts.
3. Select Personal.
4. Click Export. A pop-up window will appear.
5. Click Start Export.
Your contacts will be exported to .CSV file type. You can save the generated file on your hard drive to import it into your e-mail client later.
