This article provides instructions on how administrators can set the company business hours on the Rainbow Office account.

Business hours are useful when you want to have separate call handling settings during your business hours and after hours. Follow the steps below to configure your Company's Business Hours:

1. Log in to your Rainbow Office online account.
2. Go to Home page > Company > Business Hours.
3. The default setting is 24 hours / 7 days a week. Select Custom Hours and specify how incoming calls will be handled when your business is open and when it's closed.
4. Click Save.
5. Set the correct Time Zone. See How to set your company's Time Zone for more information.
