This article provides instructions on how Administrators and other privileged users can enable International Calling via the Rainbow Office online account.
If the International Calling option is disabled, you will not be able to do outbound calls for your account lines. International Calling enables you to make phone calls outside your country.
1. Log in to your Rainbow Office online account.
2. Go to the Admin Portal > Billing > Calling Rates > Outbound Rates.
3. Enable International Calling.
