This article provides the steps on how to configure your caller ID settings in the Rainbow Office online account.

If you have multiple phone numbers assigned to your extension, you can configure your caller ID settings to display your preferred phone number depending on the device, app, or feature you use to place the outbound call. Follow the steps below to proceed:

1. Log in to the Rainbow Office online account

2. Go to Settings > Outbound Calls/Faxes > Caller ID. If you are logged in as an administrator, click Admin Portal and select My Extension to access your extension settings

3. Click Edit on the phone/feature you want to modify, then select the number you want to use as the caller ID. T

NOTE: The available features will depend on which Rainbow Office plan you are subscribed to, and the role/permission granted to your user extension by the account administrator.

4. Click Save

Internal Calls

You also have the option of displaying your user extension number when making calls to other extensions. This lets other users know that the call is from another user in the company instead of an external call. To enable this, tick the Display my extension number for internal calls option. If calls are forwarded to external phones (i.e., mobile phones, landlines, etc..), your direct phone number is displayed instead.
