Download or Listen to Automatic Call Recordings

This article provides information on how to download or listen to calls that were recorded automatically by Rainbow Office.

Call recordings can be downloaded from your Rainbow Office Online account. 

1. Log in to your Rainbow Office Online account.
2. Click Call Log.
3. Click the Play button under the Recording tab to listen to the recorded call.
4. Click the Download button to save the recording. Recordings are in .mp3 format.
