This article guides Administrators in checking the messages of Users in the Rainbow Office online account.
Administrators may need to access and delete the voicemail and/or fax messages of a User in order to prepare the extension for use by another employee. This may happen when an employee left the organization and the extension needs to be reused by another User.
2. Navigate to Admin Portal > Users > User List > Users with Extensions.
3. Click the User's number in the Msg. column.
4. Enter the User's extension password, then click Confirm. If you do not know the extension's password, you can have it reset.
The messages of the User will be displayed. You can View the Fax Message, or Listen to the Voicemail. You can also delete, download, forward messages, or mark them as read or unread.
