This article shows how you can add contacts to Favorites on the Rainbow Office softphone.

Contacts found on your Rainbow Office softphone can be added to Favorites which allows you to view their status. Favorites added locally will be synced to the RingCentral cloud and can be accessed from the Rainbow Office softphone.

 

QUICK TIP: Use the Filter to easily sort through your contacts.

 

Add contacts to Favorites via the Contacts Menu

1. Log in to Rainbow Office softphone

2. Click the Contacts icon

3. Select a contact you want to add to Favorites, then click the Favorite icon

NOTE: You can add up to 100 contacts from your Personal or Company list to your Favorites list. 

You can view the presence status of Company contact/s you have added to Favorites. These contacts can be Available, Busy, or Offline (the contact is either Invisible or Offline)

 

Add contacts to Favorites via the Favorites Menu

1. Log in to Rainbow Office softphone 

2. Go to Favorites

3. Click Add Contact, then select which contacts you would like to add to your Favorites by clicking the icon beside the contact

4. Click Save to finalize changes

NOTE: You can add up to 100 contacts from your Personal or Company list to your Favorites list.

You can view the presence status of Company contact/s you have added to Favorites. These contacts can be Available, Busy, or Offline (the contact is either Invisible or Offline)
