This article provides steps in accessing recordings using the Rainbow Office softphone

1. Log in to your Rainbow Office softphone

2. Click the Call Log icon found at the top of the window.

3. Click on Recordings.

What you can do once you are in the Recordings section:

Listen to the recording

Call back

Save the recording
