This article provides an overview of the Phone Numbers section tabs under Phone System in the Admin Portal of the Rainbow Office Online account.

The Phone Numbers section lets you view your numbers by category and add additional numbers to the account. This section also displays the company's Main Number and Fax Number.

Administrators can access this section by:

1. Logging in to Rainbow Office Online Account
2. From the Quick Access homepage, look for Phone Numbers category and click the Manage Numbers link.


All Numbers
The All Numbers section is composed of the following tabs. This tab allows the Administrator to download all the numbers. Administrators can also add a new local company number, see Phone Numbers - Add a local phone number for more information.
 

Numbers in Use
The Numbers in Use tab shows the list of phone numbers assigned to user extensions, groups, company, and Common Area Phones. You can add a phone number from here. You can also forward calls automatically to your Rainbow Office account to maintain your phone number with your current provider.

Number Inventory
The Number Inventory tab displays all the phone numbers in the account that have not yet been assigned to a user or to a group. In addition, you can reserve phone numbers from this area.

Transferred and Vanity
The Transferred and Vanity tab shows the list of all the numbers that have been transferred from your previous provider to Rainbow Office, as well as Vanity Numbers that can help customers remember business phone numbers.
