Rainbow Office Email-to-Fax feature allows Users to send a fax message using their email accounts. To use the Email-to-Fax feature, Users must authorize their email address by adding it to their extension's list of Email addresses permitted to send faxes.
2. Go to Settings > Outbound Calls/Faxes > Fax Settings
3. Look for Faxes Sent via Email. Below Email Addresses, enter the email address/es that should be allowed to send faxes for your extension. To add more email addresses, just type it in the text box provided, then click Add
○ You can add up to 25 email addresses to your Trusted Email Addresses list.
○ To delete an email address, click Delete opposite to the email address you want to delete.
4. Click Save
