Set up Connecting Message

This article provides the steps on how Users set up connecting message feature on the Rainbow Office Online account.

1. Log in to your Rainbow Office online account

2. Go to Settings > Screening Greeting & Hold Music > User Hours

3. Enable Connecting Message. Click Edit to configure your connecting message.

4. On the Set Greeting option, select Custom. Select if you want to upload via Phone, Computer Microphone, or by Importing.

5. Once recorded or uploaded, click Done.

You may also:

  • Click the Play button to listen to your custom recording.
  • Click the Re-record button to change or replace your custom recording.
  • Click the Download button to download and save your custom recording to your computer.


6. On the Screening, Greeting & Hold Music screen, click Save to save your changes.
