Rainbow Office Analytics Portal Overview

This article provides information on the Rainbow Office Analytics Portal.

The Analytics Portal lets you access reports such as Adoption & Usage, Performance, Company Numbers, Device Status, Live Reports, Meetings Dashboard, and Quality of Service. It also lets you view existing Historical Reports under the Subscriptions tab.

Availability

The Analytics Portal is available to all Rainbow Office Standard, Premium, and Ultimate Edition Users.

NOTE: The Rooms and Devices report can only be viewed by Rainbow Office Ultimate Edition Users.

Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. 

 

Analytics Portal permissions

Account Administrators and Users with administrative privileges can view the Analytics Portal, as set by the Account administrator. The following permissions should be checked on the Analytics section, depending on which report should be viewed by the User:

IMPORTANT: All current Historical Report subscriptions will be automatically paused. To continue receiving report subscriptions, Users will need to turn on subscriptions in the Analytics Portal.

 

How to access the Analytics Portal

Once the permissions have been set by the Administrator, the Analytics Portal can be viewed on both the Rainbow Office Online Account and Rainbow Office mobile app.

Rainbow Office Online Account

1. Go to Admin Portal > Reports > Analytics

2. You will be asked to authorize the Analytics Portal to sign in with your Rainbow Office credentials when you log in for the first time

3. Click Authorize

 

Rainbow Office app for iOS

1. Open the Rainbow Office mobile app

2. Tap the More (three vertical dots) button on the bottom right

3. Navigate to Admin tools > Analytics

4. Tap the Menu (three horizontal lines) icon on the upper left

1. Open the Rainbow Office mobile app

2. Tap the Menu (three horizontal lines) icon on the upper left

3. Navigate to Admin tools > Analytics

4. Tap the Menu (three horizontal lines) icon on the upper left
