This article provides instructions on how you can enable mobile notification timeouts for call forwarding.When this feature is enabled, incoming calls to a specified user are not routed to voicemail or dispatched back to Call Queue for at least 30 seconds, allowing necessary time to answer the call on a mobile application.
Note: This feature is only available for the Rainbow Office app for iOS and the Rainbow Office app for desktop.

Enabling mobile notification timeout
1. Log into your Rainbow Office online account.
2. Follow the navigation path depending on your access profile:
a. Admins: On the Quick Access page in the Admin Portal, navigate to Users > Manage Users, select the extension to configure, then click Call Handling & Forwarding.
b. Users: Navigate to Settings > Call Handling & Forwarding.
3. Select User Hours.
4. Enable Always ring for at least 30 seconds before forwarding is completed.
