In order to use a headset with the Rainbow Office softphone, you need to first enable the Headset support feature in the app settings.
After connecting your headset to your computer's USB port or via Bluetooth dongle. follow the steps below:
1. Log in to Rainbow Office softphone
2. Click the Settings (gear icon) at the bottom control pane
3. Go to Sound > Headsets, and then click the Headset support toggle switch to enable it
If you are using a Plantronics or Jabra headset and have not yet installed their corresponding software, click the download button for either Plantronics Hub or Jabra Direct, respectively.
