Add or Remove Call Queue Members

This article provides instructions for Administrators and Call Queue managers on how to add or remove call queue members from the Rainbow Office online account.

Add call queue members

1. Log in to the Rainbow Office online account.

2. Go to Admin Portal > Phone System > Groups > Call Queues.

3. Click the name of the Call Queue group where the members need to be added.

4. Click Call Handling & Members.

5. On the Business Hours tab, click Add Member.

6. Check the members that need to be in the Call Queue group, then click Done.

7. Click Save.

Remove call queue members

1. Log in to the Rainbow Office online account.

2. Go to Admin Portal > Phone System > Groups > Call Queues.

3. Click the name of the Call Queue group where the members need to be deleted.

4. Click Call Handling & Members.

5. On the Business Hours tab, click Delete opposite the member(s) to be deleted.

6. Click Save.

NOTES:

● Contact Rainbow Office Support if you wish to increase the limit with adding call queue extensions on the admin portal.

● You can use an existing Call Queue to handle calls when there's an increase in your Call Queue's call volume by using the Overflow Call Queue feature.
