Set your Company Time Zone on the Rainbow Office Account

This article contains steps for setting your company's time zone. Setting the correct Time zone ensures that you will not miss any calls when you specify your company's business hours.

The steps below can be performed by users with Administrator access. 

1. Log in to your Rainbow Office online account.
2. Under the Admin Portal view, go to Phone System > Auto-Receptionist > Regional Settings. 
3. Click the drop-down list under Time Zone and select the region. 
4. Click Save.
