Unable to make outbound calls. "Calling Unavailable" is displayed on the upper-right corner of the Rainbow Office softphone.

● Internet connectivity
● Third-party applications (e.g., Firewall, Antivirus, VPN, etc.)

● Ensure that your internet connection is stable and is fully working
