Rainbow Office Video is tightly integrated into our market-leading Rainbow Office Office application and allows users to join meetings instantly, share their screens, and get work done faster.
At the time of launch, Rainbow Office Video offers a rich set of meeting capabilities, including scheduling, hosting, joining meetings, and being available to all new customers. Rainbow Office Video is integrated with Microsoft Office and GSuite providing a single view for all your meetings. Rainbow Office Video will soon be integrated into Salesforce.com and Microsoft Teams. It is also integrated with productivity apps offered by Google and Microsoft, including Outlook.
At the time of limited availability, Rainbow Office Video will be available to all customers where Rainbow Office is launched. Customers looking for a rich web-based/webRTC platform that removes all friction when hosting or joining a meeting will enjoy using Rainbow Office Video.
Rainbow Office Video is available on these operating systems: Windows 7 and up, Mac OS X Snow Leopard and up, iOS 10.0 and up, and Android 5.0 and up. For browsers, Rainbow Office Video currently supports Chrome. Another browser support is on the roadmap.

Up to 1920x1080 at 15 fps.
Remote control of somebody else's desktop is not yet enabled in Rainbow Office Video.
Users must be authorized by the meeting Host to access the recording.
To share a recording, log in to Rainbow Office Video, click Recordings, then click the Share button to choose the user within your company to share the recording with.
With the free version, sessions are limited to 60 minutes, while for paid accounts, the meeting duration limit is 24 hours.
Spoken words are processed by Rainbow Office’s cognitive speech recognition platform and then turned into text. The text disappears from the screen shortly after another person speaks.
Rainbow Office Video Closed Captions currently does not support non-English speakers and does not recognize when a non-English language is spoken.
13. Does Rainbow Office support any other languages except English for the Closed Captions feature?

There are no software downloads required for Rainbow Office Video. This enables Rainbow Office Video’s "One-click" meeting experience. Rainbow Office Video is available today using the Google Chrome browser using a technology called WebRTC. Different browsers will be supported in the future. There are many advantages for WebRTC, including performance and security. For other Rainbow Office Office integrations, the respective plug-ins are required. For example, Microsoft and Google Plug-ins will be needed to integrate Microsoft Outlook and Google calendars, respectively.
To better serve our customers in the highly regulated healthcare industry, Rainbow Office has implemented HIPAA security safeguards. We annually undergo a third-party SOC 2+ audit—which includes an assessment of controls mapped to the HIPAA Security Rule requirements, demonstrating the implementation of the security safeguards and conditions outlined in the HIPAA Security Rule. Rainbow Office offers HIPAA Business Associate Agreements to covered entities. Rainbow Office Video is included under the covered services of our Business Associate Agreement (BAA).Rainbow Office Video can, therefore, be offered to healthcare customers that are subject to HIPAA. For any such customers, Rainbow Office will act as a Business Associate, and it will comply with its HIPAA obligations accordingly. Please note that any customers subject to HIPAA and who will use Rainbow Office Video to create, receive, transmit, or maintain PHI need to request a BAA from Rainbow Office. Customers’ own BAAs are not accepted.
