Adoption & Usage (A&U) Analytics gives visibility into usage and adoption patterns of the Rainbow Office products across your organization. You can gain intelligent insights such as:

If, and how, Rainbow Office products are being used (at org level or across sites and departments),

Who are the power users

Trends and patterns of usage

Who are the low users/non-users

Which locations/departments could benefit from a training session

User preferences such as preferred devices

Most used endpoints, etc.

How to view the Adoption and Usage report

On Rainbow Office app for iOS

1. Open the Rainbow Office app

2. Tap the More (3 dots) button on the bottom right

3. Navigate to Admin tools > Analytics

4. Tap the Hamburger (3 lines) icon on the upper left

5. Tap Adoption & Usage

 

On Rainbow Office app for Android

1. Open the Rainbow Office app

2. Tap the Hamburger (3 lines) icon on the upper left

3. Navigate to Admin tools > Analytics

4. Tap the Hamburger (3 lines) icon on the upper left

5. Tap Adoption & Usage

 

On Rainbow Office Online account or Analytics Portal

1. Go to the Rainbow Office Analytics and Reporting site or log in to the Rainbow Office online account

2. Click the Reports tab, then click Analytics

3. Navigate to the Adoption & Usage tab

4. Click a tab to view

Overview

Provides an aggregated summary of usage across Message, Video, and Phone Analytics.

Calendar presets (Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last Work Week, Last 30 Days, Last Month)

Shows the date of Messages, Phone, and Video enablement 

 

Overview KPIs

# Enabled Message, Video, Phone Users

# Active Users in the selected timeframe (across Message, Video, Phone) by department or site

Total Enabled Users (trend of # enabled users in the selected timeframe)

Active User Trend (# active users in the selected timeframe) compared with the previous period

Device Type (top 4 endpoints and app versions for Message and Video, based on usage for the selected timeframe)

Usage Frequency (range: very frequently to non-users, across Message, Video, Phone, for the last 30 days) 

Very Frequently: 17-30 days

Frequently: 11-16 days

Occasionally: 5-10 days

Rarely: 1-4 days

Non-users: 0 days

Provides a customizable panel with multiple KPI options

Shows the total number of meetings by each user, the number of meetings they hosted, and the number of meetings they participated in
