This article provides instructions on how Administrators can add a toll-free number to the Rainbow Office online account.

To add a toll-free number, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to the Rainbow Office online account

2. Go to Home page > Phone Numbers > Add Number.

3. Under Number Type, select Toll-Free Number.

4. Select the Toll-Free prefix that you wish to add to your service

5. Select from the available numbers listed in Rainbow Office or Number Inventory (you may select multiple numbers), click Add Numbers, then click Next.

6. Under Assign to Ext., assign the selected number to either the Auto-Receptionist or an Extension. If you're done making changes, click Next.

Auto-Receptionist - the number will be added as a Company Number where the calls will be connected to the Auto-Receptionist.

Rainbow Office Audio Conferencing - the number will be added as a dial-in number for audio conferences.

Extension - the number will be added as a direct number to the selected extension.

7. On the Confirm Order step, review your transaction's Charges, Adjustments, and Taxes, Charges, and Fees. Tick the checkbox to acknowledge and authorize charges for the additional number, then click Next

NOTE: Rainbow Office has set limits for the protection of customers from fraudulent activities or over-usage. If you get a message saying that you have exceeded the maximum allowed value that can be processed on your account in a single billing cycle, please contact Rainbow Office Support.

8. You may click Print to print a copy of the order confirmation. Click Done to complete the process. Take note of the Reference #. You can use this when calling support for any inquiries on this order.
