Dimitri will explain how over a period of 5 years the usage of 'Telephony' - in the broad sense of the word - accelerated Zorgbedrijf digital transformation processes. Telephony was used as a gamechanger to improve their customer care and customer experience. It was also used to support the shortage of hands and helped to overcome some major risks during COVID.
