ALE certifies BlueVoice as Rainbow Hub solution

Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise certifies ITAS AG’s BlueVoice SIP trunk solution for its cloud platform Rainbow
Paris, France – July 30 2024 - Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, a leading provider of communications, networking and cloud solutions tailored to customers’ industries, has certified BlueVoice, a new SIP trunk solution developed by ITAS AG to be used with its cloud communication platform, Rainbow™ Hub.
ITAS markets the combined solution under the name BlueVoice. This provides their small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) retail customers in Germany with a cost-effective entry solution to cloud communications by offering a flat rate.
“Everything from a single source”. This is how ITAS AG's new offer for retailers and resellers can be described. Retailers and resellers can offer their customers a complete package that provides a simple solution in terms of installation, operation and billing. The carrier Gamma Communications GmbH was selected as partner to provide telecommunications services as part of the comprehensive solution BlueVoice.
Rainbow is a cloud communications platform from Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise that provides organizations with communication, telephony, group messaging and video conferencing tools to facilitate collaboration between employees and improve the user experience. Rainbow is one of the few European communication platforms to be fully certified in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR). This includes the entire supply chain, distributors and partners.
ITAS AG received certification for BlueVoice after a rigorous and extensive validation process to meet rigorous performance and security standards. ALE was able to carry out all test scenarios fully automatically, through SIPfront, its Austrian based technology partner.
Billing can be monthly or annually. With the monthly option, the customer can cancel at the end of the month. Another advantage is that this cloud communication solution can be implemented gradually. The flat rate applies to all call channels in Germany, in EU countries as well as the UK and North America. Special numbers are excluded.
ITAS AG, based in Neukirchen in Saxony, started out ten years ago as a special distributor focusing on UCC solutions. ITAS recognized the need for a complete solution with a telephony flat rate in Germany that would connect Rainbow Hub to the traditional PBX and developed BlueVoice as a SIP trunk to handle this task.
