The gateway between Meteor and the PMS:

The hotel or hotel group's PMS mainly handles reception functions such as reservations, check-in and check-out, room allocation and pricing. The METEOR solution will make it possible to establish the link between the PMS and other services on the site (telephone, television, wifi, home automation, cash registers, shops, etc.) which reinforces the homogenization of the customer's overall approach. Connecting the PBX OXE and OXO to the PMS through the Meteor solution will optimize and improve the operational efficiency of the hotel teams as well as strengthen the relationship and the overall customer experience.
