ALE certifies BlueVoice as Rainbow Hub solution

Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise certifies ITAS AG’s BlueVoice SIP trunk solution for its cloud platform Rainbow

What makes the product unique is the combination of the Rainbow interface and the traffic, i.e. the SIP trunk behind it. We provide resellers with a holistic white label solution, both in terms of technology and billing. They have a dedicated contact person; they receive an invoice summarizing all the services provided for Rainbow Hub and the traffic. We offer BlueVoice with a flat rate per workstation, which allows the partner to easily tailor billing for the customer.

We think Rainbow Hub is a very elegant solution to replace the traditional telephone system. In Germany, the only thing missing was the SIP trunk, the actual telephone connection.
