We are very happy to be using the converged solution from Alcatel-Lucent for business focused infrastructure (i.e, Campus network, Voice communication, Private Cloud etc) which helped us improve the operational efficiency of our employees and achieve business growth agilely.
Challenges
- The customer needed a fast, stable, and intelligent network for the corporate HQ data center that can support a private cloud infrastructure powering 20+ different enterprise branches across China and globally.
- They also needed a smooth integration of the new contact center and data center and any new solutions needed to be compatible with existing installed base.
Results
- As a result of the deal, there is excellent integration of the both contact and data centers helps lower TCO, enabling a faster pace for enterprise private cloud transformation and a faster ROI for integrated infrastructure investment.
- The high quality of ALU products helps ensure the high availability of the solution and creates a lot of improved operational efficiency thanks to the high availability, high performance and optimal-quality services for application delivery supported by Alcatel-Lucent’s Application Fluent Network (wired and wi-fi).
