With over 20 years of experience at ALE, Cecilia Mori brings an exceptional understanding of the Spanish market and a proven track record in managing executive-level relationships with both customers and partners. Her leadership will focus on driving sales growth, leading the extended sales team, and implementing strategic initiatives to support business transformation.
Cecilia is the ideal leader to help our customers grow their business and strengthen their stakeholder relationships in this era of accelerated digital transformation. She will fully oversee the Spanish business, including sales and channel management. Spain is a key market for ALE, and I am confident that Cecilia will bring significant value to our customers and business partners.
Rafael will stay on until the end of April as a senior sales representative to support the transition to Cecilia's leadership.
