ALE and PKE Mediacom GmbH partnership

Paris, France, 30 April 2024 - Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, a leading provider of secure networking and communication solutions enabling organizations and industries to accelerate their operational efficiencies and competitiveness, and PKE Holding AG, headquartered in Vienna, have entered into a distribution partnership. Under this partnership, PKE Holding AG and its subsidiaries will immediately begin distributing Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise communication and network solutions in Germany and Austria, as well as Switzerland and the Czech Republic.
PKE Holding and its subsidiaries employ more than 2,200 people worldwide. The PKE Holding group includes companies that provide services ranging from security, communications and multimedia technology to heating, air conditioning, instrumentation and energy monitoring. As a systems integrator, PKE sells, installs and maintains business communications solutions, both hybrid and on premises, for customers in the upper mid-market, large enterprises and government. Headquartered in Munich, Germany, PKE Mediacom GmbH serves customers primarily in the healthcare and legal sectors from several locations throughout Germany.
PKE was looking for a new partner that could design and deliver traditional communications systems and also provide cloud-based communications solutions. During the search, Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise emerged as the most suitable partner.
First customers acquired
The partnership has come at just the right time for existing customers of PKE Mediacom in Germany and PKE Electronics in Austria. This is demonstrated by the very rapid conclusion of contracts with customers in both countries. Several Austrian customers in the health and care sector have already renewed their telecommunications infrastructure with ALE solutions, and customers from Germany and Austria have placed orders with PKE Mediacom and PKE Electronics.
