Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise hybrid cloud solution certified by Spain's National Security Scheme

Madrid, March 1st, 2022. The Rainbow™ Hybrid Cloud solution by Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise has obtained the medium level of certification in accordance with Spain’s National Security Scheme (Esquema Nacional de Seguridad or ENS). The ENS provides Spain’s public sector with a common security plan for the protection of information and services. ENS Certification includes architecture, design, development, implementation and administration, in accordance with current laws and the Declaration of Applicability (Service Oriented Architecture).

As the importance of data privacy grows, so does the demand for highly secure business communications solutions. Cybersecurity is a critical issue for companies since working from home has become more generalised and represents a greater potential for attacks and intrusions. Public government bodies and companies of any size require ENS certification in their communications solution tenders.

This certification exemplifies that Spain’s public security bodies trust in our Rainbow cloud communications platform, both in hybrid and private architectures.
