ALE’s Chief Product Security Officer brings recommendations to the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity
Colombes, France – January 21, 2026 – Vincent Lomba, Chief Product Security Officer at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, has been appointed to the Advisory Group of ENISA (European Union Agency for Cybersecurity). This organization coordinates actions to defend against cyber threats. In particular, it oversees the harmonization of member states' practices, vulnerability management, incident response and the implementation of European directives and laws. To guarantee the relevance of its work, ENISA relies on this hand-picked group of experts.
Thanks to his expertise in the industry and his role at ALE demonstrating involvement in cybersecurity, serving customers who are facing critical challenges and who seek protection against cyber risks, Vincent Lomba has been selected ad personam among 300 applicants to support ENISA’s strategic objectives.
The Advisory Group, comprising 26 members from a wide range of sectors - public institutions, standards bodies, academia and private companies - will play a key role in shaping ENISA's direction over the next two years. The group aims to deliver on the priorities set in ENISA’s multi-annual work programme. This includes namely the implementation of the NIS2 Directive and of the Cyber Resilience Act.
