The company offers braille and low vision solutions for OXO and OXE patforms. The product is called "Wintel" with the reference of the operator station behind. The specific solutions adapted are:

Braille solution
Our solution includes a hardware part and a software part.
The hardware part is a braille display that will allow the operator to read the information by placing his finger on the braille display and read the information we send with the software solution.
The "Wintel" software part consists of a screen reader part and a read script that interfaces with the specific telephony solution. This interface retrieves the information on the screen and displays it on the Braille display.
Software part:

Braille display part:
- FOCUS Braille Terminal 40 characters.
Our specific solutions are only installed on the computer station on a local POPC principle under Windows.
Braille solution 4059 EE:
You need a computer with a Windows interface with the Alcatel keyboard and the Alcatel 4059 EE interface.
Locally, we install the screen reader, the FOCUS braille terminal and the WINTEL accessibility layer.
IP Desktop SoftPhone Braille Solution:
You need a computer with a Windows interface with the Alcatel IP Desktop SoftPhone interface.
Locally, we install the screen reader, the FOCUS braille terminal and the WINTEL accessibility layer.
Braille PIMphony solution:
You need a computer with a Windows interface with the PIMphony interface.
Locally, we install the screen reader, the FOCUS braille terminal and the WINTEL accessibility layer.
Low vision solution
Low vision solution is based on 2 software:
- Zoomtext
- Supernova.
Magnification solution:
Based on a software of magnification, this software will increase the size of the characters on the screen, the change of color or the improvement of the elements as: the mouse, the cursor of seizure.

The Wintel solution allows the operator to :
- Read the information on the screen in order to keep the correct speech received,
- Check whether the call is a return or not,
- allows access to a directory, for example in the case of interfaces PIMphony and 4059 EE,
- Handle pending calls and resume them,
- Read calls waiting in the interface of a 4059 EE solution.
Features
The solution allows a blind or visually impaired operator to work with a computer station to act as a telephone operator. Our Wintel POPC solution provides access to other Windows features, such as Outlook e-mail for example.
