Winpac
WINPAC Property Management System Interface (PMSi)
or commonly known as Call Accounting System, is a Middleware integrating to both Hotel PMS System (or commonly known as Front Office System) and Alcatel PBX System to enable check-in/check-out, barring/unbarring of Guest Room telephone extensions, call charge computation, posting of telephone charges to Hotel PMS System and all other guest & admin related telephony features.
WINPAC Voice Related Systems (VRS)
is a voice activated and voice confirmation software which consists of Voice Mail, Auto Wake-up, Minibar Posting and Room Status Updating modules. Hotel can opt to deploy either Analog or SIP Based WINPAC VRS depending on Alcatel PBX Model chosen.
