We deliver cloud and on-premise software for EMS, Police, Fire and Civil Defence Control Rooms and for multi-agency / single emergency numbers scenarios. We are currently promoting our hybrid Incident Management approach, designed to relieve our customers from the technology details and to let them focus on the workflow and interoperability benefits of the software.
We design custom and off-the-shelf mobile applications for geolocation and on-board solutions for MDTs (Mobile Data Terminals). We are also well known for our early warning platforms for Organisations and for the private sector.
Unique CAD
Unique CAD is a modern and modular software for mission-critical activities and medical emergency management.
Regola’s Public Safety solutions are based on its product Unique® CAD. This software suite is a modern, multi-modular, mission-critical Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) solution.
Unique® supports different operating workflows by standard configuration, it allows for individual configuration for agency-specific workflows, and it is capable to support multi-agency cooperation scenarios.
Unique® is by its design built for nationwide and centralised emergency.
A fully integrated context-driven (Agency-specific) end-to-end CTI-CAD-Mapping-Dashboards-Configurator system accessed by different actors is the foundation of the solution.
Unique® incorporates a middleware platform that provides wide interoperability and operate as a centralized hub responsible to process, aggregate and orchestrate multiple next-generation or modern technologies routed to the PSAP(s).
The platform itself is able to receive a diversified stream of inbound data and emergency call types, prompting on screen different incidents generated by different channels, with locations annexed if available, and giving the ability to role-assigned operators to process the incident.
Unique® platform is equipped with a phone integration module consisting in an phone bar seamlessly integrated into the user interface of the application, to make the operators' work easy and ergonomic. The integrated phone bar allows to replace the telephone for call management and to make use of the whole set of features of an advanced PBX/PABX (e.g.: call, hang up, park, pick up, transfer, conference, etc.).
Key data is automatically streamlined to the Call Taking module to reduce call processing times, minimize manual entry of information and reduce human error.

Designed with the principles of loose coupling and message-driven, at all levels: any system components (server, clients) are based on the paradigm publisher-subscriber, through specific Service Buses. Such decoupling grants the system to operate always real-time, without any minimal degraded performances perceived.

Advanced Configurator: any system configurations can be maintained without system downtime.
All updates, and live data, are propagated to all workstation/client immediately to let operators working with up-to-date dataset without the need of restarting the application.
