To use the Bluetooth® handset, your desk phone must be equipped with ALE-108 Wireless Module. The Bluetooth® settings menu is displayed only if the module is installed. The Bluetooth® feature must be enabled.

If the Bluetooth® handset is on its base, simply pick up or hang up the handset to take or terminate the call (the line key of the handset is disabled).
The battery recharges when the Bluetooth® handset is on its base. When you put the handset on its base, the LED turns on briefly and turns off again when the battery starts to charge. The battery autonomy is more than 10 hours in conversation, and 50 hours in idle state. Charge the battery for about 6 hours before initial use.
If you are not going use the handset for a long time, we recommend to switch off the device and disconnect the battery.

LED
The LEDs are placed on the top of the handset and over the microphone (synchronized, same meaning). Blue, red and purple colors are used to inform you about the status of the handset.

Installing or replacing the Bluetooth® handset battery
To replace the battery, with the handset turned off:

Press, then slide the piece towards the bottom of the device a few millimeters with your thumbs. |

Remove the piece by lifting it. Be careful not to break the clips. |

Disconnect the old battery and replace it with the new one by joining the 2 connectors. |

Place the piece by respecting the notches. |

Enable Bluetooth®
You must enable Bluetooth® if it is not already activated.

Pairing and connecting the handset
If the desk phone is locked for pairing with a new connected Bluetooth device, this feature may not be available.
Before the Bluetooth® handset can be used, it must be correctly paired to the terminal. Pairing will create a wireless link between the Bluetooth® wireless handset and the desk phone.
Easy pairing
Your device is designed to easy pair with the desk phone. Place the switched-off handset on its base ('on-hook' position). It will be automatically paired with the desk phone (the handset must be switched off or in pairing mode).
If the handset is already paired with another desk phone, first unpair the handset with the previous desk phone, or reset the handset (simultaneously give a long press the Power and Volume + keys). Then place the handset on its base.
Usual pairing
This procedure can be used if the easy pairing option has failed.

The handset is correctly connected if it appears in the list of connected devices on your desk phone. Press the Line key of the handset to test the connection, your desk phone will prompt you to enter a number.
Please contact your installer if you encounter any problems. Before contacting your installer make sure you have information such as the serial number, the date code and the technical reference that you can find on the battery.
Replace the handset
If the desk phone is locked for pairing with a new connected Bluetooth device, this feature may not be available.
Easy pairing
If you have to replace the handset with a new one, just place the new handset (switched off) on its base ('on-hook' position). It will be automatically paired with the desk phone.

Voice prompts
The voice prompts help you to manage functions of the handset.
Examples of voice prompt: “Power On”, “Power Off”, “Device connected”, “Device Disconnected”, “Battery low ”, “Mute on”, “Mute off”, “English language”, “Pairing mode, waiting for connection”.
Voice prompts are available in 8 languages (English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Chinese Mandarin, Russian, Spanish). The default language is English. To hear the prompt, the handset has to be near your ear.

Upgrade the handset
The paired Bluetooth® handset will be updated automatically if the desk phone installs a newer firmware release for the handset. While the update is loading, the handset can be used as normal. The progress of the update is displayed in the top bar. The handset completes its update when it is not in use (hung up, no incoming call), by restarting and connecting to the desk phone again.
Automatic updates are available if the following option is activated: BT OTA upgrade (see: Contacting your administrator).
ALE-160 WB Cordless Handset

Si le combiné Bluetooth® est sur sa base, il suffit de le décrocher ou de le raccrocher pour prendre ou terminer l'appel (la touche de ligne du combiné est désactivée).
La batterie se recharge lorsque le combiné Bluetooth® est posé sur sa base. Lorsque vous posez le combiné sur sa base, la LED s'allume brièvement puis s'éteint lorsque la batterie commence à se charger. La batterie dispose d'une autonomie de 10 heures de conversation et de 50 heures à l'état inactif. Avant la première utilisation, chargez la batterie pendant 6 heures environ.
Si vous ne comptez pas utiliser le combiné pendant longtemps, nous conseillons d'éteindre l'appareil et de déconnecter la batterie.

Installer ou remplacer la batterie du combiné Bluetooth®
Pour remplacer la batterie, le combiné étant éteint :

Appairage et connexion du combiné
Si le téléphone de bureau est verrouillé pour l'appairage avec un nouvel accessoire Bluetooth connecté, cette fonction peut ne pas être disponible.
Avant de pouvoir utiliser le combiné Bluetooth®, celui-ci doit être appairé au poste. Le couplage crée une liaison sans fil entre le combiné sans fil Bluetooth® et le téléphone de bureau.

Le combiné est connecté correctement s'il apparaît dans la liste des périphériques connectés sur votre poste de bureau. Appuyer sur la touche Ligne du combiné pour vérifier la connexion votre poste de bureau doit vous demander de saisir un numéro.
Veuillez contacter votre installateur en cas de problèmes. Avant de contacter votre installateur, assurez-vous d'avoir les informations telles que le numéro de série, le code de date et la référence technique qui figurent sur la batterie.

Invites vocales
Les invites vocales vous aident à gérer les fonctions du combiné.

Les invites vocales sont disponibles en 8 langues (Anglais, Français, Allemand, Italien, Japonais, Chinois (PRC), Russe, Espagnol). La langue par défaut est l'anglais. Pour entendre le message, le combiné doit se trouver près de votre oreille.

Mettre à niveau le combiné
Le combiné Bluetooth® couplé sera automatiquement mis à jour si le téléphone de bureau installe une nouvelle version du micrologiciel du combiné. Pendant le chargement de la mise à jour, le combiné peut être utilisé normalement. La progression de la mise à jour est affichée dans la barre supérieure. Le combiné termine sa mise à jour lorsqu'il n'est pas utilisé (raccroché, pas d'appel entrant), en redémarrant et en se reconnectant au téléphone de bureau.
Les mises à jour automatiques sont disponibles si l'option suivante est activée : BT OTA upgrade (voir : Contacter votre administrateur).

Wenn sich das Bluetooth®-Mobilteil auf der Basisstation befindet, nehmen Sie einfach das Mobilteil ab oder legen Sie es auf, um den Anruf anzunehmen bzw. zu beenden (die Leitungstaste des Mobilteils ist deaktiviert).
Der Akku wird aufgeladen, wenn sich der Bluetooth®-Hörer auf seiner Basisstation befindet. Wenn Sie das Mobilteil auf seine Basis stellen, leuchtet die LED kurz auf und geht wieder aus, wenn der Akku zu laden beginnt. Die Batterielaufzeit beträgt bei Nutzung über 10 Stunden und im Ruhezustand 50 Stunden. Akku vor der erstmaligen Benutzung etwa 6 Stunden aufladen.
Wenn Sie den Handapparat für einen längeren Zeitraum nicht nutzen, empfiehlt es sich, das Gerät auszuschalten und den Akku zu trennen.

Batterie des Bluetooth®-Hörers einlegen oder auswechseln
Um die Batterie auszuwechseln, den Schalter am oberen Rand des Fachs:

Bluetooth® aktivieren
Sie müssen Bluetooth®aktivieren, wenn es nicht bereits aktiviert ist.

Handapparat koppeln und verbinden
Wenn das Tischtelefon für die Kopplung mit einem neu verbundenen Bluetooth-Gerät gesperrt ist, steht diese Funktion möglicherweise nicht zur Verfügung.
Um einen Bluetooth®-Hörer verwenden zu können, muss dieser mit dem Apparat gekoppelt werden. Das Pairing stellt eine drahtlose Verbindung zwischen Bluetooth® Mobilteil und dem Deskphone her.
Einfache Kopplung
Ihr Gerät ist so konzipiert, dass es sich leicht mit dem Tischtelefon koppeln lässt. Legen Sie den ausgeschalteten Handapparat auf die Basis (Position 'Aufgelegt'). Er wird automatisch mit dem Tischtelefon gekoppelt (Der Handapparat muss ausgeschaltet oder im Kopplungsmodus sein).
Wenn der Handapparat bereits mit einem anderen Tischtelefon gekoppelt ist, heben Sie zunächst die Kopplung des Handapparats mit dem vorherigen Tischtelefon auf, oder setzen Sie das Mobilteil zurück (Drücken Sie länger gleichzeitig die Netztaste und die Taste 'Lautstärke +'). Setzen Sie dann den Handapparat in die Basis.
Normale Kopplung
Dieses Verfahren eignet sich, wenn die Option der einfachen Kopplung fehlgeschlagen ist.

Das Mobilteil ist korrekt angeschlossen, wenn es in der Liste der angeschlossenen Geräte auf Ihrem Bürotelefon erscheint. Drücken Sie die Leitungstaste des Mobilteils, um die Verbindung zu testen, Ihr Bürotelefon fordert Sie auf, eine Nummer einzugeben.
Bei Problemen wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren Installateur. Bevor Sie sich an Ihren Installateur wenden, legen Sie sich die nötigen Informationen, wie Seriennummer, Datumscode und die technischen Angaben auf der Batterie bereit.
Handapparat ersetzen
Wenn das Tischtelefon für die Kopplung mit einem neu verbundenen Bluetooth-Gerät gesperrt ist, steht diese Funktion möglicherweise nicht zur Verfügung.
Einfache Kopplung
Wenn Sie den Handapparat durch einen neuen ersetzen, legen Sie den neuen Handapparat (ausgeschaltet) einfach auf die Basis (Position 'Aufgelegt'). Er wird automatisch mit dem Tischtelefon gekoppelt.
Wenn der Handapparat bereits mit einem anderen Tischtelefon gekoppelt ist, heben Sie zunächst die Kopplung des Handapparats mit dem vorherigen Tischtelefon auf, oder setzen Sie das Mobilteil zurück (Drücken Sie länger gleichzeitig die Netztaste und die Taste 'Lautstärke +'). Upgrade des Handapparats
Der gekoppelte Bluetooth®-Handapparat wird automatisch aktualisiert, wenn das Tischtelefon eine neuere Firmware-Version für den Handapparat installiert. Während die Aktualisierung geladen wird, kann der Handapparat wie gewohnt verwendet werden. Der Fortschritt der Aktualisierung wird in der obersten Leiste angezeigt. Der Handapparat schließt die Aktualisierung ab, wenn er nicht benutzt wird (aufgelegt, kein eingehender Anruf), indem er neu gestartet und erneut mit dem Tischtelefon verbunden wird.
Automatische Updates sind verfügbar, wenn die folgende Option aktiviert ist: BT OTA upgrade (Siehe: Kontaktieren des Administrators).

Si el teléfono Bluetooth® está en su base, basta con descolgar o colgar el teléfono para atender o finalizar la llamada (la tecla de línea del teléfono está desactivada).
La batería se recarga mientras el microteléfono Bluetooth® está colocado en su base. Al colocar el teléfono sobre la base, el LED se enciende brevemente y se vuelve a apagar cuando la batería empieza a cargarse. La batería tiene una autonomía de más de 10 horas en conversación y de 50 horas en estado de inactividad. Cargue la batería durante unas 6 horas antes de utilizarla por primera vez.
Si no va a utilizar el teléfono en un largo periodo de tiempo, le recomendamos que apague el dispositivo y desconecte la batería.

Emparejar y conectar el teléfono
Si el teléfono de oficina está bloqueado para el emparejamiento con un nuevo dispositivo Bluetooth conectado, es posible que esta función no esté disponible.
Antes de utilizar el microteléfono Bluetooth® debe sintonizarlo con el teléfono. El emparejamiento creará un enlace nuevo entre el auricular inalámbrico Bluetooth® y el teléfono de escritorio.
Fácil emparejamiento
Su dispositivo está diseñado para emparejarse fácilmente con el teléfono de oficina. Coloque el teléfono apagado en su base (posición 'colgado'). Se emparejará automáticamente con el teléfono de oficina (el teléfono debe estar apagado o en modo de emparejamiento).

El teléfono se ha conectado correctamente si aparece en la lista de dispositivos conectados de su teléfono de oficina. Pulse la tecla 'Línea' del teléfono para comprobar la conexión: su teléfono de oficina le pedirá que introduzca un número.
Póngase en contacto con su instalador si experimenta algún problema. Antes de ponerse en contacto con el instalador, asegúrese de tener cierta información, como el número de serie, el código de fecha y la referencia técnica, que puede encontrar en la batería.

Actualizar el teléfono
El teléfono Bluetooth® emparejado se actualizará automáticamente si el teléfono de oficina instala una nueva versión de firmware para el teléfono. Mientras se carga la actualización, el teléfono puede utilizarse normalmente. Se mostrará el progreso de la actualización en la barra superior. El teléfono completa su actualización cuando no está en uso (colgado, sin llamada entrante), al reiniciar y al conectar de nuevo al teléfono de oficina.
Las actualizaciones automáticas están disponibles si se activa la siguiente opción: BT OTA upgrade (Ver: Cómo contactar con su administrador).

La batteria si ricarica quando il microtelefono Bluetooth® viene posato sulla base. Quando il ricevitore viene riposto sulla base, il LED si accende e si spegne brevemente quando la batteria inizia a caricare. La batteria ha un'autonomia di oltre 10 ore in conversazione e 50 ore in caso di inattività. Caricare la batteria per circa 6 ore prima del primo utilizzo.
Se si prevede di non utilizzare il ricevitore per un periodo prolungato, consigliamo di spegnere il dispositivo e di disconnetterne la batteria.

Prima di utilizzare il microtelefono Bluetooth®, è necessario associarlo a un apparecchio. L'associazione crea un collegamento wireless tra l'apparecchio wireless Bluetooth® e la base.
Accoppiamento facile
Il dispositivo è progettato per accoppiarsi facilmente con il telefono fisso. Posizionare il ricevitore spento sulla base (posizione di riaggancio). Verrà associato automaticamente al telefono fisso (il ricevitore deve essere spento o in modalità di associazione).

Il ricevitore è collegato correttamente se compare nell'elenco dei dispositivi connessi sulla base. Premere il tasto Linea del ricevitore per verificare la connessione, la base chiederà di comporre un numero.
Contattare l'installatore in caso di problemi. Prima di contattare l'installatore, accertare di avere sotto mano le informazioni necessarie, ovvero numero di serie, codice data e riferimento tecnico riportati sulla batteria.
Sostituire il ricevitore

Aggiornare il ricevitore
Il ricevitore Bluetooth® accoppiato sarà aggiornato automaticamente se il telefono fisso installa una nuova versione del firmware per il ricevitore. Mentre l'aggiornamento viene caricato, il ricevitore può essere usato normalmente. Il progresso dell'aggiornamento viene visualizzato nella barra superiore. Il ricevitore completa l'aggiornamento quando non in uso (riagganciato, nessuna chiamata in arrivo), riavviando e connettendosi nuovamente al telefono fisso.
Gli aggiornamenti automatici sono disponibili se è attivata l'opzione seguente: BT OTA upgrade (Vedere: Cose da fare prima di contattare l'amministratore).

Se o auscultador Bluetooth® estiver na respetiva base, basta levantar ou desligar o auscultador para atender ou terminar a chamada (a tecla de linha do auscultador está desativada).
A bateria começa a carregar assim que o auscultador Bluetooth® é pousado na respectiva base. Ao colocar o auscultador na base, o LED acende-se por breves instantes e desliga-se novamente assim que a bateria começa a carregar. A autonomia da bateria permite mais de 10 horas de conversação e 50 horas em estado de espera. Carregue a bateria durante cerca de 6 horas antes da utilização inicial.
Se não for utilizar o telefone durante um longo período de tempo, aconselhamos a desligar o dispositivo e a bateria.

Emparelhamento e ligação do telefone
Se o telefone de secretária estiver bloqueado para emparelhamento com um novo dispositivo Bluetooth ligado, esta funcionalidade pode não estar disponível.
Antes de poder utilizar o auscultador Bluetooth®, este tem de ser associado ao telefone. O emparelhamento irá criar uma ligação sem fios entre o telefone Bluetooth® sem fios e o telefone de mesa.
Emparelhamento fácil
Oseu dispositivo foi concebido para ser facilmente emparelhado com o telefone de secretária. Colocar o telefone desligado na sua base (posição 'no descanso'). Será automaticamente emparelhado com o telefone de secretária (o telefone deve ser desligado ou colocado em modo de emparelhamento).
Se o auscultador já estiver emparelhado com outro telefone de secretária, primeiro termine o emparelhamento entre o auscultador e o telefone de secretária anterior ou reinicie o auscultador (manter premido, em simultâneo, as teclas Power e Volume +). Depois, coloque o auscultador na sua base.

O auscultador está ligado de forma correta se aparecer na lista de dispositivos ligados ao deskphone. Prima a tecla de linha do auscultador para testar a ligação, o deskphone irá solicitar-lhe para introduzir um número.
Entre em contacto com o seu instalador em caso de problemas. Antes de contactar o seu instalador, certifique-se de que tem em sua posse informações como o número de série, o código da data e a referência técnica, que poderá encontrar na bateria.
Substituir o telefone
Se o telefone de secretária estiver bloqueado para emparelhamento com um novo dispositivo Bluetooth ligado, esta funcionalidade pode não estar disponível.

Atualizar o auscultador
O auscultador Bluetooth® emparelhado será atualizado automaticamente se o telefone de secretária instalar uma versão de firmware mais recente para o telefone. Enquanto a atualização está a carregar, o telefone pode ser usado como normalmente. O progresso da atualização é apresentado na barra superior. O telefone conclui a sua atualização quando não está a ser utilizado (desligado, sem chamada de entrada), reiniciando e ligando-se novamente ao telefone de secretária.
As atualizações automáticas estão disponíveis se a seguinte opção for ativada: BT OTA upgrade (Ver: Contactar o seu administrador).
