Visual Notification Assistant (VNA)
The purpose of the VNA feature is to allow instant distribution of an audio message (notification) to all members of a group (large or not) defined by the administrator. Your desk phone can be used to broadcast an urgent message to the greatest number of employees. The broadcasted audio message will be played instantly and simultaneously on each phone. This feature depends on the phone configuration and the company infrastructure.
Two modes can be configured by the administrator depending on the working environment:
· Loud:
o You are alerted of the incoming notification by the pop-up window displayed on the screen. The pop-up window indicates the active device which will be used to play the notification.
o The notification is played on the phone loudspeaker. The message volume is higher than the volume you set in the phone settings (level + 2).
o After the notification, the phone returns to its initial state.
· Discreet:
o You are alerted of the incoming notification by the pop-up window displayed on the screen and the audio signal (beep), asking to select the device to use to listen to the notification (handset, headset or loudspeaker). The pop-up window indicates the active device which will be used to play the notification.
o The notification is played on the selected device or the active device if you are in conversation. In case of hands-free, you can select the device to listen the notification. The defined volume in the phone settings is used.
o After the notification, the phone returns to its initial state.
If you are in conversation, the local and distant audio call are muted while the notification is playing. You recover your call after the notification if the call is still active.
You can interrupt the
notification to make for example an emergency call by pressing twice on the
release key. First press, a pop-up window is displayed asking you to confirm
the action by pressing again the release key.

La fonctionnalité VNA permet de diffuser instantanément un message audio (notification) à tous les membres d'un groupe (large ou non) défini par l'administrateur. Votre téléphone de bureau peut être utilisé pour diffuser un message urgent au plus grand nombre d'employés. Le message audio diffusé sera lu instantanément et simultanément sur chaque téléphone. Cette fonctionnalité dépend de la configuration du téléphone et de l'infrastructure de l'entreprise.
L'administrateur peut configurer deux modes en fonction de l'environnement de travail :
· Loud :
o Vous êtes averti de l'arrivée de la notification par la fenêtre contextuelle affichée à l'écran. La fenêtre contextuelle indique le périphérique actif qui sera utilisé pour lire la notification.
o La notification est diffusée sur le haut-parleur du téléphone. Le volume du message est supérieur au volume que vous avez réglé dans les paramètres du téléphone (niveau + 2).
o Après la notification, le téléphone revient à son état initial.
· Discrète :
o Vous êtes averti de l'arrivée de la notification par la fenêtre contextuelle qui s'affiche à l'écran et le signal audio (bip) vous demandant de sélectionner le périphérique à utiliser pour écouter la notification (combiné, casque ou haut-parleur). La fenêtre contextuelle indique le périphérique actif qui sera utilisé pour lire la notification.
o La notification est diffusée sur l'appareil sélectionné ou l'appareil actif si vous êtes en conversation. Si vous êtes en mode mains libres, vous pouvez sélectionner l'appareil pour écouter la notification. Le volume défini dans les paramètres du téléphone est utilisé.
o Après la notification, le téléphone revient à son état initial.
Si vous êtes en conversation, l'appel audio local et distant est coupé pendant la lecture de la notification. Vous récupérez votre appel après la notification si l'appel est toujours actif.
Vous pouvez interrompre la
notification pour passer un appel d'urgence, par exemple, en appuyant deux fois
sur la touche de libération. Tout d'abord, appuyer. Une fenêtre contextuelle

· Loud:
o Sie werden über ein auf dem Bildschirm angezeigtes Popup-Fenster auf die eingehende Benachrichtigung aufmerksam gemacht. Das Popup-Fenster zeigt das aktive Gerät an, das zum Abspielen der Benachrichtigung verwendet wird.
o Die Benachrichtigung wird über den Telefonlautsprecher abgespielt. Die Nachrichtenlautstärke ist höher als die Lautstärke, die Sie in den Telefoneinstellungen eingestellt haben (Lautstärke + 2).
o Nach der Benachrichtigung kehrt das Telefon in seinen Ausgangszustand zurück.
· Diskret:
o Sie werden durch das auf dem Bildschirm angezeigte Popup-Fenster und das Audiosignal (Piepton) auf die eingehende Benachrichtigung aufmerksam gemacht und aufgefordert, das Gerät auszuwählen, mit dem Sie die Benachrichtigung anhören möchten (Handapparat, Headset oder Lautsprecher). Das Popup-Fenster zeigt das aktive Gerät an, das zum Abspielen der Benachrichtigung verwendet wird.
o Die Benachrichtigung wird während eines Telefonats auf dem ausgewählten Gerät oder dem aktiven Gerät abgespielt. Bei der Freisprechfunktion können Sie das Gerät auswählen, auf dem die Benachrichtigung abgehört werden soll. Die in den Telefoneinstellungen definierte Lautstärke wird verwendet.

El propósito de la función VNA es permitir la distribución instantánea de un mensaje de audio (notificación) a todos los miembros de un grupo (grande o pequeño) definido por el administrador. Su teléfono de oficina puede servir para transmitir un mensaje urgente al mayor número de empleados. El mensaje de audio transmitido se reproducirá de forma instantánea y simultánea en cada teléfono. Esta función depende de la configuración del teléfono y de la infraestructura de la empresa.
El administrador puede configurar dos modos dependiendo del entorno de trabajo:
· Loud:
o Se le avisa de la notificación entrante mediante la ventana emergente que aparece en la pantalla. La ventana emergente indica el dispositivo activo que se utilizará para reproducir la notificación.
o La notificación se reproduce en el altavoz del teléfono. El volumen del mensaje es mayor que el volumen que estableció en la configuración del teléfono (nivel + 2).
o Después de la notificación, el teléfono vuelve a su estado inicial.
· Discreta:
o Se le avisa de la notificación entrante mediante la ventana emergente que aparece en la pantalla y la señal de audio (pitido), pidiéndole que seleccione el dispositivo que desea utilizar para escuchar la notificación (teléfono, auricular o altavoz). La ventana emergente indica el dispositivo activo que se utilizará para reproducir la notificación.
o La notificación se reproduce en el dispositivo seleccionado o en el dispositivo activo si está en conversación. Si está en manos libres, puede seleccionar el dispositivo para escuchar la notificación. Se utiliza el volumen definido en la configuración del teléfono.
o Después de la notificación, el teléfono vuelve a su estado inicial.
Si está en conversación, las llamadas de audio locales y remotas se silencian mientras se reproduce la notificación. Recuperará la llamada después de la notificación si la llamada sigue activa.
Puede interrumpir la
notificación para realizar, por ejemplo, una llamada de emergencia pulsando dos
veces la tecla de liberación. En la primera pulsación, aparece una ventana

Il messaggio audio trasmesso sarà riprodotto istantaneamente e simultaneamente su ogni telefono. Questa funzione dipende dalla configurazione del telefono e dall'infrastruttura aziendale.
Possono essere configurate dall'amministratore due modalità, a seconda dell'ambiente di lavoro:
· Loud:
o Si viene avvisati della notifica in arrivo mediante una finestra pop-up visualizzata sullo schermo. La finestra pop-up indica il dispositivo attivo che sarà utilizzato per riprodurre la notifica.
o La notifica viene riprodotta sull'altoparlante del telefono. Il volume dei messaggi è superiore al volume impostato nelle impostazioni del telefono (livello + 2).

Se è in corso una conversazione, l'audio della chiamata locale e a distanza viene disattivato mentre la notifica è in esecuzione. La chiamata viene recuperata dopo la notifica se risulta ancora attiva.
E possibile interrompere la
notifica per effettuare ad esempio una chiamata di emergenza, premendo due
volte il tasto di sblocco. Con la prima pressione, viene visualizzata una
finestra pop-up che chiede di confermare l'azione premendo nuovamente il tasto
di sblocco.
