Bouygues Telecom Entreprises partners with Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise on the Rainbow Hub cloud communications platform
Paris – April 11, 2024 – Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, a leading provider of communications, cloud and network solutions, and Bouygues Telecom Entreprises are announcing the certification of Bouygues Telecom Enterprise SIP trunking services to Carrier Connect for Rainbow™, the ALE’s enterprise cloud communications platform.
Bouygues Telecom Entreprises, the tier-1 French operator and national leader, will complement Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise's Rainbow Hub offering with quality services that are secure and sovereign, with systems fully hosted in France.
Bouygues Telecom Entreprises services are now available on the Rainbow administration portal and will facilitate the digital transformation of businesses and the adoption of new communication tools. Customers of the platform can enjoy numerous advantages, including:
- security reinforced by end-to-end encryption of communications;
- optimal quality of service: a specific technical connection developed between the partners’ networks guarantees end-to-end control;
- dual sovereignty: the electronic communications equipment for both Bouygues Telecom Entreprises and Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise is hosted in France.
Rainbow Hub, one of the offerings in the Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise Rainbow portfolio, is a cloud communications platform providing businesses with communication, telephony, group messaging and videoconferencing tools to facilitate collaboration between employees and improve the customer experience.
The Rainbow Carrier Connect program is a certification allowing operators to natively integrate their SIP Trunk services into the Rainbow platform, making certified operators available in one click via the Rainbow administration portal.
