Addressing operational challenges
When difficult times arise, having a strategy and an action plan enabled by the Iremos Crisis platform allows each member of the crisis unit to address the situation at hand. These tools can guide companies through the stages of the event and facilitate the much needed crisis management. However, managing crisis situations can be challenging when teams are not co-located.
To address this need, Iremos has partnered with ALE to integrate the Alcatel-Lucent Rainbow™ solution into its platform. Rainbow will enable the members of the crisis team to collaborate in audio and video conferences automatically, or with just one click. Together the ALE and Iremos solution will facilitate communications and enable decision-making to optimize required action. This combined solution is only the first phase of an evolving partnership. It is Iremos’ goal to deliver the mobile, efficient and connected solutions that crisis management teams need, when they need it.
The ALE Rainbow solution enables users to communicate instantly, and collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers using chat, audio or video calls, screen sharing, and conference from a smartphone or computer. ALE provides a unique technical skill set to complement Iremos' expertise.

Iremos provides the experience necessary in setting up virtual crisis units. Based on an agile and proven methodology, the Iremos Crisis platform supports the implementation of an operational organization that enables crisis situations to be managed effectively.
The Iremos Crisis platform allows each decision-maker to share information and consult in real-time throughout the crisis situation. However, in partnership with ALE, this is evolving to include audio and video conferencing to facilitate decision-making and help guide team actions.
