Strategy outlines new service models
ALE introduced a new business strategy in the first quarter this year, to provide customers choice and flexibility in how they purchase and consume networking and communications technology — whether CAPEX, OPEX or consumption-based — in this new “as-a-service” economy.
Building on its proven innovation, two new innovative financial and consumption models were recently launch in support of this strategy:
- Rainbow, a new global, hybrid cloud-based service operated by ALE, creates collaborative team interactions while offering customers technology investment protection regardless of existing communications systems
- Network on Demand is a service that enables businesses to gain the latest networking technology on a pay-per-use basis, delivering the industry’s most comprehensive consumption-based networking offer.
These new offers complement the continuing investment in traditional networking and unified communication solutions.
Jack Chen will drive the ALE strategy and continue the transformation of ALE by expanding market reach, improving positioning in vertical sectors, accelerating cloud-based business models and growing annuity-based services.
