Welcome to the Digital Library Metadata Tool

If not already done before using this tool, please sync the Digital Library SharePoint libraries to your OneDrive.
This ensures every URLs work correctly later on.

⚠️ Note: Video assets cannot be downloaded through the ZIP Cart feature.

📁 Step 1 — Sync the Required Library

Click this link below and choose “Add shortcut to OneDrive”:

This button appears at the top of every library.

📁 Step 1B — Select Your OneDrive Root Folder

Please select your local OneDrive folder:
C:/Users/<You>/OneDrive – ALE International/

📄 Step 2 — Load the Metadata File

Once the SharePoint libraries are synced, please select the local metadata file as seen below by clicking on this button:

For Example: OneDrive – ALE International\Digital Library – Tools\ digital-library-metadata-file-sharepoint.xlsx
