Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise joins Alpha-3 Technologies alliance to drive digital inclusion in the Philippines
MANILA,17 February 2021 - Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, a leading provider of communications, networking and cloud solutions tailored to customers’ industries, has partnered with the newly established Alpha-3 Technologies, Inc. in the Philippines, whose mission is to help provide reliable and affordable connectivity to remote areas and underserved communities with little to no internet connection. Alpha-3 Technologies, Inc. is an alliance of private companies, including UCAAS Sdn Bhd (Ulap), Trends & Technologies, and GBU Biz International Holdings Company, led by CEO and President Kristin R. Bangot.
As the Philippines strives to adapt to the “next normal” following the global health crisis, a stronger and more inclusive digital connectivity is critical to help organisations recover and adapt to new ways of doing business. To fully achieve this goal, solutions and technologies that improve connectivity infrastructure beyond the metropolitan areas must be applied.
