Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise Australia recognises Business Partners during ANZ ALE Connex22 Partner Event and Awards
Sydney, Australia – April 7, 2022 – Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, a leading provider of communications, networking and cloud solutions tailored to customers’ industries, was proud to acknowledge the achievements of ALE Business Partners across the ANZ region during the ALE Connex22 Partner Event in Sydney. ALE awarded Business Partners who excelled over the past year, achieving overall growth, innovation and outstanding projects in Network and Cloud. The winners delivered exceptional service, customer satisfaction and outstanding results and were announced during the local Connex22 Partner held at Doltone House in Sydney on the 6th of April.

ANZ GoGrowth Award 2021 Winner - Integrated Products
Integrated Products is an agile, fast moving Distribution Partner with a strong team, laser focused on their reseller and customer base. Targeting the small and medium enterprise market, as well as verticals like Hospitality, Retail and Aged Care, Integrated Products managed to, adapt, pivot and grow during the global health crisis by being even closer to their reseller community and providing fit-for- purpose solutions for UC & Collaboration (for example ALE Rainbow), telephony and services. With Australia going “virtual” as part of social distancing and lockdowns, Integrated Products managed to deliver the services, solutions and support their resellers needed, which was demonstrated by the strong year on year revenue growth that was achieved throughout 2021.
ANZ GoInnovation 2021 Award Winner – Wavelink with Connected Health
By combining purpose-built smart devices with healthcare-specific applications, Connected Health (powered by Wavelink) delivers solutions to Hospitals. Connected Health have a high level of engagement with clinical decision-makers, within healthcare organisations to determine the solution that meets their requirements. Bringing innovative and differentiating use-cases to the Healthcare sector needs collaboration and integration between industry specialst vendors. ALE, together with vendors like Spectralink and Vocera form the foundation of the Connected Health solution-set. ALE provides the IQMessenger Platform as well as ALE’s Location Based Services solutions. Thanks to the partnership between ALE and Connected Health, as well as the seamless integration with many other Health specific platforms and applications, Connected Health, supported by ALE, have been able to deliver innovative solutions around staff and patient safety to the Public Health sector.
ANZ GoNetwork 2021 Award Winner – DXC Technology
DXC Technology, a long standing premium partner with ALE, has excellent capability across the full ALE solutions range, including mission critical telephony, UC & Collaboration, Cloud and Networks. Thanks to the strong partnership between DXC Technology and ALE, especially for Healthcare, Government, Hospitality and Education, DXC has consistently shown great results throughout the years. However 2021 showed that it was the network projects, across multiple customers and industries that generated the strongest growth year on year, leading to an strong outcome for 2021 overall.
ANZ GoCloud Award 2021 Award Winner - Chyma
Chyma understands how cloud solutions can bring value to their customer base. They have been quick to understand the opportunity that ALE Rainbow can provide. Chyma have provided both Rainbow UCaaS (UC as a Service) and Rainbow CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) solutions to the Hospitality industry. One example is the use case with Little National Hotel in Canberra, where ALE Rainbow CPaaS was integrated with the digital hotel compendium (powered by Tapendium) to deliver smart digital services to hotel guests. In addition, Chyma has consistently provided Rainbow UCaaS solutions to back-of-house operations in hotels and, as such, have achieved a clear differentiator, customer satisfaction and success with their Cloud strategy.
ALE also like to acknowledge Uplinx Advanced Services for winning APAC Best Growth Award 2021
The partnership between ALE and Uplinx has grown from strength to strength throughout 2021 with new opportunities and wins in Healthcare, Government, Education and Emergency Services. A big achievement of 2021 was a major Public Hospital Redevelopment project, where Uplinx successfully implemented ALE’s Voice, LAN and WLAN solutions that powered accelerated growth.
