
Revitalised ALE global partner onboarding programme

Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise introduces new HI-TOUCH partner onboarding plan in APAC.
Singapore, 4 April 2022 – Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, a leading provider of communications, cloud and networking solutions tailored to customers’ industries, has revitalised its global partner programme for 2022 with a new HI-TOUCH onboarding plan for new partners.
The new recruitment plan will provide free training for sales, pre-sales and post-sales, alongside a dedicated fund for lab and demonstration equipment. Newly onboarded partners will also be eligible for the new 2022 APAC rebate programme.
ALE’s portfolio of services will accompany the partners across their enablement journey and empower them to develop competencies. ALE remote support will also assist partners during the first installations on their road to autonomy.
Additionally, the ALE marketing team will work closely with newly onboarded partners for sales support, telemarketing, sales incentive and custom activities to help develop their business pipeline and achieve their first references.
Furthermore, ALE plans to introduce new channel incentives throughout the year to stimulate cross-selling on the different cloud, UCaaS, data networking and cloud-managed network portfolios.
To support partner sellers, ALE will also be upgrading and relaunching its channel rewards programme, previously known as Build2Win, in the APAC region. The new programme, named GOPARTNERS2022, will focus on grooming ALE’s Indirect Reseller community by encouraging and supporting partner sellers to grow with ALE while recognising and advancing their performance.
Lastly, ALE will offer an innovative subscription model for its network and Wi-Fi solutions in Singapore and Australia in 2022, with more countries to be added over the course of the year.
