ALE names Sébastien Juras as new ESG Director

Sébastien Juras appointed Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise Sustainability and Transformation Director responsible for ESG.
Colombes, FRANCE, August 24 2023 – Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, a leading provider of communications, networking and cloud solutions tailored to customers’ industries, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sébastien Juras as Sustainability and Transformation Director. He will be responsible for leading the definition and implementation of the ALE Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) framework across all domains, as we continue to simplify processes and policies.
In this role, Sébastien will lay the preliminary groundwork for the Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise ESG framework. He will also continue to lead key transformation projects, including ALE’s “as a Service” initiative, in collaboration with the Business Technology and Quality team, the business divisions and our Sales, Services and Marketing team.
As we move forward in 2023, Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise will continue to evolve the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme toward the developing Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) framework. ALE is focused on managing the risks and opportunities related to ESG criteria across the entire value chain, from supplier sourcing to customer deployment.
